So I have never been a fan of The Matrix, and I am not sure exactly why. Last night, some friends of mine do a "movie night" and I attended. The pick was The Matrix, and I now really like the movie. Maybe I just had to see it a few times?

Michael Stars L-O-V-E

I posted before about Michael Stars, and I now have 2 shirts and I absolutely LOVE them. They are one-size-fits-all and could possibly be one of the best investments I have ever made clothing-wise. Promise Rings?

Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron wear promise rings on their right ring fingers. They are simple bands, but I am sure they mean much more to them. I can remember when I was younger, I thought they were so lame. Now, I think they are pretty sweet. A nice step for those not ready to commit to an engagement, but want some kind of mutual symbol that both can share. What are your thoughts?

Obama Hope

So I went to see Barack Obama with my good friend Marcus this past Sunday. I very much like had what he had to say. Afterwards, Marcus and I talked about what he had said and our thoughts. We basically came to the consensus that we very much liked what he had to say, and his passion was undoubtedly undeniable, but we had our worries. Mainly, if he gets elected, will he be able to win over congress? Good ideas are a great start, and every wonderful thing begins with a good idea. But, at the same time, if he is constantly butting heads with congress over issues, will he get what he wants to get accomplished? I like that a good majority of Obama's campaign seems to be hope, since I myself am a big believer and fan of hope. So, at this point, I can just hope for the best.


On the note of hope, I think that will be my next definition.

hope: noun- the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best.

Nashville...AGAIN

So I am back in Nashville to do some more interviews! The job world seems to be picking up for me a little bit at the moment (keep your fingers crossed for me!). I had an interview today, and I have another tomorrow (tomorrow's I am a little more excited about). Today's interview went well, but could possibly be the oddest I have been on. I also was contacted about a possible job with Red Cross, which would be based out of Lexington. So, at this point, who knows where I will end up?! Craziness!!
