I was shocked to hear about the passing of Heath Ledger. He was such a promising actor. I am sure he will be greatly missed. I am interested to hear about the actual reports and not all of the speculations. My prayers go out to his family and friends.

On another note, Lauren Conrad bought a $2.5 million house in Beverly Hills. How much money does she actually get for The Hills? Can someone please come follow me around with cameras and pay me for it?

Weekend With Jenni

I previously posted about the weekend I would be spending with Jenni, and now I thought I would share! It was wonderful! We caught up on so much and had a blast! The weekend was full of facials, good food, good laughs, good company, and lots of movies. This leads me to my movie critique...

It was entertaining. Good for what it is: An action-packed, historically loaded, Indiana-Jones-like-movie. I am not a Nicholas Cage fan, but it does keep you in the middle of the action. Worth seeing, but not necessarily in theaters.

Juno was hilarious. It did not exactly condone teen pregnancy, but it sure did make me laugh a lot. She was amazing, he wasn't too bad either. A great duo. Definitely worth seeing. Go prepared to laugh at moments dripping with sarcasm and wit and you will not be disappointed!

Atonement was by far the best of the three. I have the book, and I now I must read it. I don't want to say much about the movie in fear of giving it away. So, if you like art, and creativity, and realness, and truth, and honesty, all rolled into one film, this is the film for you. A must see for any film student or guru. Simply amazing.

So we saw 3 movies in a 24 hour period! Haha! Atonement was the only planned movie, the rest were kind of random. It was a wonderful weekend, and I am worn out! Hope everyone else had fabulous times this past weekend.

Happy Day to JENNI!!

My lovely, wonderful friend Jenni has a birthday TODAY! Even better, she is coming here tonight to spend her birthday weekend with no other than the one and only ME! I am so excited! I wish her a day full of fun and I hope she smiles nonstop. Of all the people I know, she is definitely one worthy of happiness! I love you Jenni and I can't wait to see you soon!!

A Good Day

So, I am starting off the new year right...I have a "career" job!!! YAY!! I am now the administrative assistant at the Lexington Humane Society!


Have you read 'The Time Traveler's Wife'? If not, you should! It is probably my favorite book, but I will say that it is DEFINITELY my favorite love story.

Even better news? They are turning it into a movie (I knew it was only a matter of time!). And...Rachel McAdams is in it (those who know me know what this means to me!)!!

Eric Bana is too shabby either...


As of right now, I can't find the release date, all I know is it comes out sometime this year! How great is that?
