I saw a Tory Burch belt in Lucky mag that was nautical like that...
Love her. I read somewhere the other day that she said she began dressing more like Blair since she began her role. Who wouldn't?

she is so damn cute. i do love her clothes but i think i would look like a 4 year old in most of those clothes. they fit her well though.
